I can't find the product I am looking for?

If there happens to be an issue and you can’t locate the desired product you are looking for then please notify us and we shall attempt to resolve the problem.  Alternatively if you have a suggestion or advice for a product we should stock then please don’t hesitate to contact us.  We are always seeking to expand our range of products to suit our customer’s needs.

How much is postage and packaging?  Do you deliver internationally?

We have several different delivery options for UK mainland.  Full details are provided below –

UK Standard Delivery: £4.99 Delivery: 3-4 working days service

This 3-4 working days service allows you to order as many products as you require for one simple price. (*excludes electrical items which will be sent via our UK Standard Plus Service)

This is our default service that applies to all UK Mainland orders. All orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched from our warehouse the same day via Royal Mail, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order. Deliveries can be made between 8am and 7pm for residential addresses and 9am - 5pm for Business addresses.

Your order may require a signature as proof of delivery, so please ensure that you specify a delivery address where our couriers can obtain a signature. We are happy to send your goods to a work or neighbours address as long as your billing address details match that of the address where your selected credit or debit card is registered to. (subject to credit/security validation)

This service is automatically allocated to orders deemed as 'high value' and will require a signature from you as proof of delivery.

All orders placed before 14:00 are dispatched from our warehouse the same day via the Royal Mail or Courier, subject to stock availability and security checks.

A signature is required for this service. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 7pm for residential addresses, or 9am -5pm for business addresses so please send your parcel somewhere it can be reliably signed for. This can include your place of work, or a neighbours’ residence.


International Deliveries

European Deliveries

European orders are sent by either the Royal Mail. Your parcel should take between 3 and 10 working days to be delivered to you depending on your exact location. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight and value of the order. Customs charges may apply in certain Non EU countries, as well as the Canary Islands and Switzerland.

Other European Areas:

There is a maximum 2kg weight restriction which applies to: Azores, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Faroe Islands, Madeira, Malta, and Monaco.

Rest Of The World

There is a 2kg limit on some parcels indicated above in the dropdown. We cannot be held responsible for any Customs Duty that may be applicable in your area, however, we will provide any relevant consignment documentation required by local customs officials to identify the parcels contents. 

How can I pay?

You can pay directly for your products through either sagepay or paypal using visa or mastercard.

Which currencies do you accept?

You can make your payment in whichever currency you prefer.   

What exchange rate do you use?

All of our prices are set in our home currency (GBP) and then exchanged to your chosen currency at a rate which we set. We do not regularly change the various rates as we are advertising our prices in many places and we do not want you to see one price on a shopping directory and then another when you come to our site. For the latest exchange rate you can make your purchase in GBP and you will be charged the current rate set by your credit card company. 

When will I pay?

Payment is taken at the time of order and your goods are then shipped within one working day. We do not take orders for items that are not in stock. 

What about VAT?

Prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT at 20% where applicable. blushlook.com pay all VAT where due direct to UK customs. 

For deliveries outside of the UK, you may be required to pay any applicable sales tax or Customs Duty charges in your own country. 

Why has my payment been declined?

Card payments can be declined for a variety of reasons:

Why haven't I received my order?

Your order will be sent out by Royal Mail. Standard delivery time to the UK is 2 to 3 working days. Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 days and 21 days for International orders. Although it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local Royal Mail sorting office is not holding it for collection.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order on-line at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout. Beyond this point please contact us through the 'Email' facility in your account log-in area selecting the applicable order number.

If your order has already been shipped, on receipt, please complete the returns information on the invoice and return it to us unopened. We would recommend sending via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to ensure safe return.
